    The short version

    • mayotrampolines.com is a catalogue and a set of guides. It has no accounts, no basket and no checkout.
    • No form on this site sends data to us. The garden consultation form writes a draft in your own email, and we receive it only if you press send.
    • The site sets no advertising cookies.
    • We learn who you are only if you decide to email or ring us.

    Who the data controller is

Mayo Trampolines (mayotrampolines.com) is run by Trampolines Ireland, a business in the Republic of Ireland. Trampolines Ireland is the controller of any personal data you give us through this site.

For anything to do with privacy, write to trampolines@esi-ltd.ie or ring 091 423 369.

Office address, for correspondence: 77 Lower Camden Street, St Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80.

What this site does not collect

You can read every page without telling us anything. Because there is no sign-up, login or payment step here, the site holds no passwords, no delivery addresses and no card details.

    The garden consultation form

Answers typed into the form on the garden consultation page stay in your browser. The button passes them to your own email program as a draft message addressed to us. You can change the draft, add photos or delete it. Once sent, it reaches us as an ordinary email. If it is never sent, we never see it.

    Emails and phone calls

An email gives us your email address and whatever you write: usually a name, a phone number, an Eircode or town, and a description and photos of your garden. A phone call gives us what you tell us, and your number if we need to ring back.

We use that information to deal with your enquiry and for nothing else. That can mean recommending a product, quoting a price, arranging a collection appointment or answering a question about an order. The legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before a purchase.

We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. If you ask about an installer, we give you the installer's details and you choose whether to make contact. We keep an enquiry only for as long as the question, and any order that follows from it, needs. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

    Orders and payment

Orders are placed on TrampolinesIreland.com, our main shop. A product card here opens the same product there. The shop takes the order, the delivery address and the payment under its own privacy policy, which you should read before buying. Links from this site to the shop carry a short referral tag. It records that the visit began on mayotrampolines.com and where on the page the link was. It holds nothing that identifies you.

    Server logs

Like nearly every website, this one is held on a hosting company's servers. The host may keep routine logs of requests: the IP address, the time, the page requested and the type of browser. Logs of this kind are kept so that a site stays available and secure.

Fonts, product images and links to other sites

    • The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address at that moment.
    • Product photos come from the image servers used by our shop, TrampolinesIreland.com. Your browser makes a similar request to those servers.
    • We link to other websites: our Google reviews, our site for schools, and the councils, public bodies and venues named in the town pages and guides. Once you follow a link, that site's privacy policy applies.

    Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies. If we add analytics, this page will say so before it happens.

Your rights, and where to complain

Under the GDPR and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, have our use of it restricted, object to that use, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of those rights, email trampolines@esi-ltd.ie.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, tell us first and give us the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission, at dataprotection.ie.

    Changes to this policy

If this site begins to do anything it does not do now, this page will be updated to say so and the date at the top will change.
