Frequently Asked Questions
Is the ground around Claremorris suitable for an in-ground trampoline?+
It depends on the garden. The broad pattern in south-east Mayo is limestone lowland, and a Teagasc-based soils feature describes soils on limestone sands and gravels between Castlebar, Claremorris and Ballinrobe as excessively draining. That is the county picture and ground varies from one site to the next. BERG asks for adequate drainage and a check of the ground-water level, and the installer assesses both in your garden before quoting.
How long does delivery to Claremorris take?+
Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. If a model has to come in, it is typically 7 to 10 days. Either way we confirm the date when you order. The pallet comes with East West Express of Charlestown, Co. Mayo, is left at the kerbside and has to be signed for.
What is the Christmas order-by date for Claremorris?+
Wednesday 16 December 2026 for models in stock: order by then and delivery is before Christmas. In-stock orders can be collected from our warehouse by appointment up to 12 noon on Christmas Eve.
Is there a trampoline park near Claremorris?+
We could not find one operating in County Mayo when we checked in October 2026. The nearest that we know of is Jump Lanes in Galway, at the other end of the N17. Check with the venue that it is open before you set out.
Can I collect my order myself?+
Yes, by arrangement. Collection from our warehouse is by appointment, so ring us on 091 423 369 to arrange it. Most Claremorris orders are simply delivered, which is free over €300.
