Who brings it: a haulier from Charlestown

Mayo orders are delivered by East West Express of Ballymore Road, Charlestown, Co. Mayo, a member of The Pallet Network. So a trampoline bound for a Mayo garden finishes its journey with a Mayo haulier.

Charlestown is where the N5 and the N17 meet. The N5 runs west from there through Swinford, Bohola, Bellavary and Turlough to Castlebar and on to Westport. The N17 runs south through Knock to Claremorris. The N26 leaves the N5 at Swinford for Foxford and Ballina, and the N59 carries on from Ballina through Crossmolina and Bellacorick to Belmullet. What kerbside pallet delivery means

Trampolines are big and heavy, so they do not come in a parcel van. The boxes are strapped to a wooden pallet and the pallet is put down at the kerbside. That is where the delivery ends.

• Getting the boxes from the kerb into the garden is up to you. The long boxes are a two-person lift.
• The pallet is yours to keep.
• Someone has to be at the address to sign for the delivery.
• If you are not building straight away, store the boxes somewhere dry.

Rural addresses: lanes, bridges and long drives

Mayo County Council describes Mayo as "one of the most rural counties in Ireland", and many Mayo homes are detached houses on rural sites. That suits a trampoline. It can be harder on a lorry.

A pallet lorry is bigger than a parcel van. When you order, tell us about anything between the public road and your gate that a lorry might struggle with: a narrow lane, a low bridge, a long unpaved drive. Knowing in advance lets the delivery be planned properly. Your Eircode helps too, so please include it.

Signing, and what to do about damage

Look over the boxes before you sign. If a box is torn, crushed or wet, write that on the driver's docket first and then sign.

After that, tell us within 24 hours. Ring 091 423 369 or email us, with a photo if you can take one. We keep genuine BERG spare parts, and if goods arrive faulty, damaged or wrong the cost of sending them back is ours.

How long it takes

Models in stock are delivered within 48 hours. If the model you want has to be ordered in, delivery is typically 7 to 10 days. In both cases we confirm the date when you order, so you can arrange for someone to be home.

Working to a birthday? Ring 091 423 369 (Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm) before you order and we will tell you whether that model is on the shelf.

What delivery costs

Nothing on an order over €300. Every trampoline and every PlayBase frame on this site is above that figure. An order under €300 costs €11.99 to deliver.

Go-karts are the exception in your favour. All five BERG pedal karts ship free, including the Buddy B.Orange at €299. They are on the go-karts page.

Clare Island and other offshore islands. Ring us first. Clare Island is on our delivery list, but please phone 091 423 369 before ordering for Clare Island or any other offshore island so we can confirm how and when it will arrive.

Collection

Every order is delivered by courier, so there is no need to travel. If you would still prefer to collect, collection from our warehouse is by appointment. Ring 091 423 369 to arrange it.

Christmas 2026

• Order by Wednesday 16 December. In-stock models ordered by that date are delivered before Christmas.
• Collection until 12 noon on Christmas Eve. In-stock orders can be collected from our warehouse by appointment up to then.

Both dates apply to models in stock, so check with us before you rely on them. For a go-kart under the tree, see the Buddy karts for ages 3 to 8 and the Rally and XL karts for older children.

We deliver, we do not build

We supply and deliver. We do not assemble or install. An above-ground trampoline, a go-kart or a PlayBase frame is put together from BERG's manual.

An InGround or FlatGround trampoline needs groundwork first, and that is done by an independent installer, landscaper or builder who has seen your ground. We can put you in touch with an independent installer, who quotes you directly. Our guide explains who installs an InGround trampoline in Mayo.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an order. If you have changed your mind, you pay the return delivery. If the goods are faulty, damaged or wrong, we pay. Get in touch before sending anything back and we will set it up with you.
