BERG trampolines: three types
Before range or size, decide how the trampoline will sit: on legs, sunk with a low edge, or flush with the grass. In a county that faces the Atlantic, that choice has a lot to do with shelter and with how the ground drains.
Above-ground trampolines
from €449
A frame on legs with a safety net, which is part of every price. Nothing is dug, so it suits any level lawn. It is also the type the wind gets hold of, so plan to anchor it.
Models and prices
InGround trampolines
from €339
Sunk into the lawn so only a low raised edge shows. Round, oval or rectangular, sold with a net or without. Worth a look on an exposed site, once an installer has checked how the ground drains.
Models and prices
FlatGround trampolines
from €699
Finished flush with the grass: no step, no ladder, and the view across the garden stays open. At ground level it catches far less wind than a trampoline on legs.
Models and pricesAll 89 models are priced on the BERG trampoline range page. The Favorit, Champion and Elite comparison shows what each step up costs, and choosing a trampoline in Mayo works from the site you have.

Each page below takes one town and the country around it: how an order reaches it, the public playgrounds nearby and what to weigh up before a trampoline goes in.

Mayo weather and ground
Wind
Met Éireann's record table lists Belmullet for the highest February gust on record in Ireland: 172 km/h, on 9 February 1988. BERG's answer for any trampoline is an anchor set, with the net and padding taken off before a heavy storm.
Rain
Rainfall in the west generally averages 1,000 to 1,400 mm a year, says Met Éireann, against 750 to 1,000 mm over most of the east. Newport had 258 rain days in 2025, the most in the country. That matters most for a trampoline sunk into the lawn.
Ground
The broad pattern: peat bog over most of the north-west, drumlins around Clew Bay, and limestone lowland with pasture and stone walls on the Claremorris, Ballinrobe and Ballyhaunis side. Your own garden may differ, which is why an installer looks at it first.
The full picture, with sources, is in Mayo wind and ground: what they mean for a trampoline. The two anchor kits we sell are shown on the above-ground trampolines page.
Delivery terms for Mayo
What it costs
Free on orders over €300. That covers every trampoline and every PlayBase frame. Go-karts ship free whatever the price. A smaller order carries €11.99.
How long it takes
A model in stock is delivered within 48 hours. Anything else typically takes 7 to 10 days. We confirm the date when you order, and someone has to be there to sign for it.
How it arrives
On a pallet, set down at the kerbside. You bring the boxes into the garden and the pallet is yours to keep. Write any damage on the docket before you sign, and tell us within 24 hours.
A pallet lorry is bigger than a parcel van. If you live up a narrow lane, past a low bridge or at the end of a long unpaved drive, tell us when you order. The Mayo delivery page covers the roads, Achill and the islands.
Returns, price match and parts
You have 14 days to return an order. If you have simply changed your mind, the return delivery is yours to pay. If the goods are faulty, damaged or the wrong item, the cost is ours.
Seen the same BERG model cheaper at another authorised Irish BERG dealer? Ask us about a price match. We also keep genuine BERG spare parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver trampolines to County Mayo?+
Yes, to the whole county. Mayo Trampolines is run by Trampolines Ireland, an official BERG Premium Dealer. We sell online and every order is delivered by courier. In Mayo the haulier is East West Express of Charlestown, Co. Mayo, a member of The Pallet Network. Castlebar, Ballina, Westport, Claremorris, Ballinrobe, Ballyhaunis, Swinford, Belmullet and Achill are all named on our delivery list, along with the smaller places shown on this page.
What does delivery to Mayo cost, and how soon does it come?+
Nothing on an order over €300, which takes in every trampoline and every PlayBase frame. Go-karts are delivered free at any price. Below €300 the charge is €11.99. If the model is in stock it is delivered within 48 hours. If it has to be ordered in, 7 to 10 days is typical, and we confirm the date when you order.
Who installs a trampoline in Mayo?+
We supply and deliver. We do not install or assemble. A trampoline on legs is put together following BERG's manual. An InGround or FlatGround needs groundwork by an installer, landscaper or builder, who looks at the garden and gives you their own quote. If you have nobody in mind, we can put you in touch with an independent installer.
How does a trampoline cope with wind in the west?+
It needs your help. BERG's advice is to anchor a trampoline, to take the safety net and the padding off before a heavy storm, and to check the anchors afterwards. A fence or hedge lowers its exposure to gusts. We sell 2 anchor kits from €55. On an exposed or coastal site, we suggest looking at an in-ground model: a FlatGround sits at ground level, so it catches far less wind than a trampoline on legs.
What warranty comes with a BERG trampoline?+
BERG's manufacturer warranty on the frame depends on the range. Favorit: 8 years. Champion: 13 years. Elite: 10 years, 13 when registered with BERG. Pro Bouncer: 10 years, 13 when registered. A PlayBase frame has 10 years, or 13 when registered. For go-karts, ask us for BERG's current warranty terms.
Can I collect an order myself?+
Collection from our warehouse is by appointment. Ring us on 091 423 369 to arrange it. Most Mayo customers have the order delivered, since it is free over €300 and comes through a haulier in Charlestown.
Which BERG go-kart suits which age?+
By BERG's own age guide: the Buddy is for 3 to 8 years, the Rally for 4 to 12 years and the XL frame for 5 years to adult. We stock 5 karts, from €299. They are pedal karts for the garden and the yard.
Do you deliver to Achill and the islands?+
Achill is joined to the mainland by the Michael Davitt Bridge at Achill Sound, so it is an ordinary road delivery. Clare Island is on our delivery list. Ring us before ordering for Clare Island or any other offshore island so we can confirm how and when it will arrive.
