Frequently Asked Questions
How will my order arrive in Ballinrobe?+
By road on a pallet with East West Express, the Charlestown, Co. Mayo haulier that covers the whole county for us. The pallet is set down at the kerbside. Somebody needs to be home to sign, and you carry the boxes round to the garden. We confirm the day when you order.
What is the ground like near Lough Mask for sinking a trampoline?+
Varied. South-east Mayo is broadly limestone lowland, and the council's Landscape Appraisal describes low-lying drumlins and wetland around Loughs Mask, Carra and Corrib. So one garden can drain freely and the next can hold water. BERG asks for adequate drainage and a ground-water check for an in-ground trampoline, and the installer judges that on your own site.
Where is the closest trampoline park to Ballinrobe?+
The nearest we know of is Jump Lanes in Galway. Galway is about 48 km from Ballinrobe by the N84. We could not find a trampoline park in County Mayo as of October 2026. Venues change, so check with Jump Lanes before travelling.
Which BERG go-kart suits which age, and is delivery free?+
BERG's age guides are 3 to 8 years for the Buddy karts, 4 to 12 for the Rally karts and 5 years to adult for the XL. They are pedal karts for the garden and yard. Every kart ships free, including the BERG Buddy B.Orange at €299.
What does delivery cost on a small order?+
Orders over €300 are delivered free, and that covers every trampoline and PlayBase frame. Under €300, delivery is €11.99, which is what you would pay if you ordered an anchor kit by itself. Go-karts ship free at any price.
